IH - island health assoc.  mfr/hi  has had to shut down not but a few months from re-grand opening , by unjust acts of supervisor of other vendor working for, by severe injury's  fowled by unlawful acts of then mgr. dir. supv. how a little- a lot of dis-honesty[  ] can cause me, and you to also personally, have many losses (of the services that would have been available to serve you well). 

 As a phoenix to re-arise in spite of injustices, and those put on the back burner by authorities. no way no how should have had to endure what occurred administratively, nor physically, financially or any other -ally. community involved in agreement.
